Congratulations to the Lions FR/SO football team for defeating Dysart High School FR/SO 38-12. Scoring touchdowns for the team were Zach Holwerda, Noah Lovett, and Adam McKim. After allowing a touchdown early, Zack Holwerda took the ensuing kickoff and returned it for a touchdown. The entire defense toughed up and shut out Dysart. Playing on defense were: Ivan Galvan, Daniel Munoz, Lazaro Pineda, Liam Kelley, Emmanuel Aguilar, Jacob Ortega, Daniel Morfin, Joseph Chagolla, Justin Robles, Rolando Rodriguez, Joel Lopez, Roberto Robles, Mathew Lopez, Ulysses Lozano, and David Wisehart. The entire team stepped up to bring home the win—next game on the road to play Cortez High School: great job, Coaches- Stephen Standridge, Aiden Standridge, and James Williams.
