Dear Families,
During the week of February 23, our teachers will be available for parent-teacher conferences in the morning from 7:50 AM to 8:45 AM. This is an opportunity for you to speak to the teachers of your child(ren) to understand better their performance in the classroom. Conference days are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
Classes start at 9:00 AM on these days. There are no conferences on Wednesday.
During the conference dates, teachers are available in the cafeteria and library. Parents are invited to attend on one of the conference days. To balance the number of parents who visit, we ask that you come on the specified day below. However, if you are unable to attend the day assigned to your last name, please come on a different day.
- Monday, Feb 23: A-D
- Tuesday, Feb 24: E-H
- Thursday, Feb 26: I-P
- Friday, Feb 27: Q-Z
I encourage you to prioritize which teachers you would like to speak with because it is not possible to meet all 8 teachers. Please bring the list of your child’s teachers. You are not required to speak to all 8 teachers.
